- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You retain all rights to your original images. By using our Service:
- You grant us a limited license to process your images as necessary to provide the Service
- This license terminates when you delete your content or account
- We do not claim ownership of your images or processed outputs
The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by BgChange and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy or modify the Service
- Use our branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on our Service
- Basic background removal is free forever
- Subject to fair use limits
- Pro Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with credits
- Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access
- Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
- Credits are used for premium features
- Unused credits expire according to your plan terms
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- You may cancel anytime through your account settings
- We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Credits purchased separately are non-refundable
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Technical issues or emergencies
- Factors beyond our control
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update pricing with reasonable notice
- Change these Terms as necessary

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BgChange, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account in settings
- Contacting customer support
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BgChange is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
